Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately; therefore, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or changes to the order.

Damages & Quality Issues
We take product quality seriously. Please inspect all items upon delivery. If any products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Provide your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.
Upon review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or partial credit.
Please note: Claims submitted after 3 business days cannot be honored.
Order Accuracy
All orders are produced according to the specifications submitted by the customer. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect artwork, quantities, sizes, or other details provided during order placement.
