Shipping policy

Processing & Production

All products are made to order. Production begins immediately after the order is placed.
Because all items are custom-produced, orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins.


Shipping Methods & Lead Times

Orders are shipped via reputable carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight).

However, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

All customers are required to inspect shipments upon delivery.

If any cartons appear damaged, opened, or missing:

  1. Document the condition with photos or video.

  2. Note the issue with the carrier at the time of delivery (if possible).

  3. Notify us within 3 business days at info@realwayglass.com

If the delivered goods are damaged or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 3 business days

  • Provide your order number and photographic documentation

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate corrective action, which may include replacement of affected units.

Claims made after this window cannot be honored.


All Sales Final

Because all items are made to order, all sales are final.
No returns, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted once production has begun.
